摘要
采用对比实验和问卷调查等方法 ,对软、硬式排球先后安排的教学效果、课时比例及软式排球的内容安排进行研究。主要研究结论是 :实验初期 ,实验组对排球的兴趣和练习积极性明显高于对照组 ,但随实验进展和技术水平的提高 ,硬式排球更受到喜爱。实验组掌握排球 4项基本技术的效果优于对照组 ,其中两者在垫球技术上的差异具有显著性意义。不同群体均认为应先安排软式排球 ,在排球普修课中以安排 2 0学时为宜。软式排球教材内容应为最基本的入门技术和概述性的理论知识 ,并以垫球和传球技术为重点。
Comparative analyses have been made through literature, investigation, experiment and statistical to explore the teaching results brought about by the priority of soft volleyball and hard one, the period proportion and soft volleyball contents. The results show that the test group′s enthusiasm and interesting in volleyball in the early days of experiment is higher than the contrast groups. The four basic techniques of test groups are better than the contrast ones, among which the digging technique has marked effects. The different mass all think that the soft volleyball should be taught previous to the hard-one, and twenty class hours are suitable. The content of soft volleyball should include brief knowledge and basic techniques,and make the digging and passing stand out.
