摘要
介绍了一种磁电阻测量方法,采用直流稳压电源、电脑X—Y记录仪、电磁铁和温度装置,通过测量电路中串入标准电阻R1两端的电压,计算出被测样品在不同温度下的电阻,进而计算出磁电阻.方法简单,测量数据精确.
A method of measuring magnetoresistance was introduced. Direct current power sapply, computerized X - Y recorder, electron magnet and temperature device were applied in our experiment. Measured the voltage of the standard resistance in series the circuit, it can be calculated the resistance of the sample under different temperature and the different magnetic field, then magnetoresistance can be computed. This measuring method is simple and accurate.
