摘要
如何确定普通高等学校的收费水平是教育经济学研究中的难点之一。文章在分析了传统的全成本法、收益估算法和供需平衡法的基础上,提出高校收费水平的确定是政府、高等学校和学生(家庭)三方相互博弈的结果,应该用博弈分析法来确定高校的收费水平。
How to define standard about higher school's collecting fees is one of the difficult points for the study of the economics of education.In this article the author analyses the traditonal methods of it firstly.Then she thinks the behavior of higher school' scollecting fees is rational choices under interactions of government, higher school and students.The Standard should be defined from game theory.
