三个不同剂量铝(130、300、1200μg/ml)与氟(300μg/ml)拌饲喂养大鼠12周,取血和骨作铝、氟、钙、磷含量测定。结果显示,单纯氟组血和骨氟含量显著增高。三个不同剂量铝与氟混合组,血和骨氟含量显著下降,则摄铝量与骨氟含量呈显著负相关。三个单纯铝组,血和骨中铝含量与投铝量不平行,以中剂量铝组含量较高。低和中剂量铝与氟混合组血和骨铝含量亦显著下降,但大剂量铝与氟混合组血和骨铝含量仍较高。各组血和骨钙及骨磷含量无显著改变,但中和高剂量铝组以及高剂量铝加氟组血磷显著增高,与血铝含量呈显著正相关。
Wistar rats were fed with 3 doses of mixtures of aluminum (130, 300 and 1200μg/ ml Al) and fluoride (300μg/ml F) for 12 weeks. The levels of calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), Al and F in both blood and bone were analysed. Results showed that the levels of F in blood and bone of rats with simple F intake were significantly increased while the levels of F in the group with 3 doses of mixtures of Al and F were evidently decreased, and there is an obviously negative correlation between the content of F in bone and the amount of Al intake. A disagreement between the levels of Al in blood and bone and the quantity of Al intake was observed in the 3 simple Al dose groups in which the content of Al in the group with 300μg / ml Al was the highest. On the contrary, the levels of Al in both blood and bone in the low and interme-diate doses of Al mixing with F were significantly decreased while the levels of Al in the group with high dose of Al mixing with F was still higher. The levels of Ca in blood and bone were not significantly changed. Increased levels of P in blood were seen in simple high Al dose group and in high Al dose with F. A positive correlation between P and Al in blood was found.
