摘要
通过对法国带式输送机滚筒轴断裂原因分析 ,提出了利用改造尖角结构和改进热处理工艺来修复带式输送机大型机件的方案 ,着重介绍了滚筒轴的失效分析理论及工艺改进的关键技术要求。
Through the analysis of the breakage of the roller shaft of the french belt conveyer,the plan to repair major parts of the belt conveyor comes out by modifying steep angle configuration and improving heat treatment technics.Mainly introduce the failure analysis theory of the roller shaft and key specification to process improvement of technics.
