摘要
目的 探讨跟骨骨折切开复位内固定的治疗。 方法 跟骨骨折 5 2例 5 6足 ,术前根据跟骨X线片及CT扫描结果进行分型 ,均行节开复位Y型或X型可塑钛质跟骨钢板内固定术进行治疗 ,术后平均随访时间 14个月。 结果 术后根据患者症状消失程度及足部评分系统 ,5 2例 5 6足中优 31足、良 13足、可 12足。
Objective To explore the effect of surgical operation on fracture of calcaneus. Methods According to results of X ray and CT scanning, 56 feet in 52 patients with fracture of calcaneus were operated by open reduction and internal fixation.The mean time of follow up was 14 months. Results According to the system of foot's score and clinical symptoms, the curative effect of 31 feet were excellent, 13 feet were very good, and 12 feet were good. Conclusion The open reduction and internal fixation with 'Y' or 'X' plate of titanium alloy is one of the best ways for treatment of fracture of calcaneus.
