摘要
随着《医疗事故处理条例》的颁布和实施,以及举证责任倒置的实行,医护人员的风险和压力越来越大。为了能快速适应新的医疗形 势,医护人员必须认真学习法律知识,严格遵守法律、法规及各项诊疗护理规范、常规。做好各项护理记录,学会收集证据和利用证据,自觉地 运用法律手段去维护护患双方的合法权益,依靠法律维护医院的正当权利。
As the Regulation for Medical Malpractice Disposal was promulgated and put into action, the danger and pressure of the doctors and nurses are increasing. In order to adjust them to the new situation, doctors and nurses must study the laws very carefully. They must obey the laws and all the treating and nursing rules. They must finish all kinds of nursing records. Besides, they have to learn to collect and use evidences to defend the rights of the hospi-tal and patients under the laws.
