摘要
体育教学是一个由多要素组成的 ,既复杂又有规律的系统。根据体育教学实践 ,运用系统理论思想对体育教学的目标、内容、方法、负荷和评价系统进行分析 ,以揭示体育教学系统的规律 。
Physical education is a complicated system composed of many elements,which has its laws.This paper analyzes objectives,contents,methods,load and evaluation system of physical education with system ideology in order to reveal the inner laws of physical education and optimize the functions of physical education.
