摘要
目的 :探讨幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染对胃酸分泌及氨浓度的影响以及十二指肠 (DU)的关系。方法 :对DU患者 ,Hp根治前后的胃液pH ,空腹胃酸及氨浓度之间的关系进行研究。结果 :Hp阳性的UC患者其空腹胃酸、氨浓度显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而根除Hp后 ,空腹胃酸显著下降 ,接近正常水平 (P >0 0 5 ) ,氨浓度明显下降。结论 :Hp感染使DU患者胃酸分泌增多 ,二者之间的相互作用在DU的发病中占有重要地位。
Objective:To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection on gastric acid and its relation to duodenal ulcer(DU).Method:Investigated the gartric pH,acid output and concentrition of ammonia (NH 3)in Hp positive patients with DU and after emdication of Hp infection.Results:The levels of gastric acid and NH + 4 in Hp positive patients with DU were significantly higher than controls.After eradication of Hp infection,the levels of gastric acid and NH + 4 were turned in normal level.Hp infection causes acid seceretion to be increased Conclusion:The inreraction of both factors play more inportant role in pathogenic mechanism in patients with DU
