摘要
广州地铁一、二号线换乘车站———公园前站全长450 9m,最大宽度33 8m,二号线底板深22m,换乘节点处为五跨三层钢筋混凝土结构,顶板覆土厚2m,地层自上而下依次为:杂填土、冲积层、残积层、下伏白垩系上统红色碎屑岩。分为四个区段分别采用了明挖放坡开挖,盖挖半逆筑法、盖挖逆筑法、明挖横撑支护开挖等四种施工方法,围护结构分别采用了人工挖孔桩、锚索和地下连续墙等。重点叙述了工程的技术难点;换乘节点的力学分析;梁(板)柱节点抗剪性能静载、动力和疲劳模型试验;钢管柱准确就位、水平梁板与钢管柱联接以及监控量测及信息反馈等关键技术。通过现场监测对比分析了四种施工方法对周围环境的影响,提出了施工方法的优选次序,对后续工程具有指导意义。
Gongyuanqian station is the interchange station of line 1 and line 2 of Guangzhou Metro. The total length of the station is 4509 m and the maximum width is 338 m. The bottom slab of line 2 is 22 m deep. The connection part of the interchange station is of reinforced concrete structure with 5 spans and 3 stories. The cover of the top slab of the interchange station is 2 m deep. The ground contains the following layers from the surface to the bottom: backfilled earth, alluvial layer, residual layer, red rock debris of Cretaceous. The station is divided into four parts, which employs different methods of construction: open slopeexcavation method, cover semiinverse construction method, and cover inverse construction method and horizontalsupport open excavation method respectively. Such retaining structures as manual drilling and piles, anchoring bars and underground diaphragms are adopted. This article puts emphasis on the following key technologies: the technical difficulties of the project, the mechanical analysis of the interchange connection parts, the static load tests, dynamic and fatigue model tests on the shear capacity of the connecting positions of the slabs and columns, the accurate positioning of the steel pipe columns, the connecting of the horizontal slabs and the steel pipe columns, monitoring, measurement and information feedback. By means of insitu monitoring and measurement, the impacts by the abovementioned four construction methods on the surrounding environment are compared and analyzed and the priority sequence for the selection of the construction method is recommended, which serves as a good reference for future projects.
