摘要
The bonding of solid steel to liquid aluminum was conducted using rapidsolidification. The influence of diffusion time on interfacial shear strength was studied. Theresults show that when the temperature of aluminum liquid is 700℃ and the preheat temperature ofsteel plate is 250℃, the relationship between diffusion time (t) and interfacial shear strength(σ) is σ =15.1+8.14t-037t^2 +0.005t^3, and the maximum interfacial shear strength is 71.1 MPa.
