摘要 研究了铁素体含量对铸造奥氏体不锈钢CF 3M的强度、磁性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,调整Cr、Ni当量比值可以控制铁素体含量 ,从而可以调整钢的强度和磁性能。随Cr、Ni当量比值的增加 ,钢中铁素体含量增加 ,钢的强度也随之增加 ,磁导率增加的速率加快。但铁素体含量以不超过 7%为宜 ,即Cr、Ni当量比值应小于 1.0 2。 The influences of ferrite content on the strength and magnetic properties of austenitic stainless steel CF-3M were investigated. The results showed that the strength and magnetic properties of the steel could be adjusted by the content of ferrite in the steel. As the increase of the equivalent rate of chromium to nickel, the ferrite content, the strength and the increase rate of magnetic rate of the steel will increase, but the proper content of the ferrite in the steel should be less than 7%, that is the equivalent rate of chromium to nickel should be less than 1.02.
