摘要
为了观察硼硒联合是否能增强硼和硒的抗氟毒性 ,应用硼、硒分别对氟的拮抗剂量联合给药 ,观察对氟中毒大鼠的治疗效果。选用二级Wistar大鼠 110只 ,体重 16 0~ 190g,自由饮用含NaF 10 0mg L的蒸馏水3 5个月 ,建成氟中毒模型后 ,随机分为 11组 ,给予不同剂量的亚硒酸钠和 (或 )四硼酸钠进行治疗 3 5个月。从各测定指标好转程度综合来看 ,亚硒酸钠 40 μg kg与四硼酸钠 18 6mg
In order to observe antifluorosis effects of boron combining with selenium, 110 Wistar rats (160-190g) were given distilled water with 100mg/L NaF for 3.5 months. Then, the fluorosis rats were divided randomly into 11 groups and sodium selenite and sodium tetraborate decahydrate are given to each flurosis rat for 3.5 months, and the therapeutic effect is observed. The results showed that the effect of combination of sodium selenite (40μg/kg) and sodium tetraborate decahydrate (18.6mg/kg) was the best according to the degree of recovery of rats from fluorosis.
