摘要
目的探讨动、静脉血钾浓度 (分别以 [K+ ]A 和 [K+ ]V 表示 )之间的差异、差异产生的原因及其护理学应用。方法测定 37例普外科患者及 2 0只健康大白兔的 [K+ ]A 和 [K+ ]V ,其中 2 3例患者 (A组 )动脉血加肝素抗凝 ,静脉血不抗凝 ,其它 14例患者 (B组 )及大白兔 (C组 )动、静脉血均不抗凝 ,分析每组组内 [K+ ]A 和 [K+ ]V 之间的差异。结果A组内 [K+ ]A 显著低于 [K+ ]V(P <0 .0 1) ,且两者间呈显著性线性正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,其直线回归方程为 :[K+ ]V=1.96 +0 .71× [K+ ]A;B、C两组组内 [K+ ]A 和 [K+ ]V 之间差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论机体内[K+ ]A 和 [K+ ]V 本无明显差异 ,但肝素抗凝处理可造成血钾浓度的显著下降。
Objective To inquire into difference of potassium-ion concentration in artery blood from that in vein blood and to analyze causes of the difference. Methods Thirty seven patients from general surgical ward and twenty health rabbits are collected, and their arterial and veinous potassium-ion concentration are determined. The thirty seven cases are divided into A group (23 cases) and B group (14 cases ), and the twenty rabbits are regarded as C group. Arterial blood samples from the cases of A group are anti-coagulated with heparin and veinous samples are not anti-coagulated. All blood samples from B group and C groups are not treated with anticoagulation. After all the potassium-ion concentration of the blood samples are determined, the intra-group difference of potassium-ion between artery and vein are analyzed. Results (1) In group A, the potassium-ion concentration of artery is significantly lower than that of vein (P<0.01). and there is obvious positive correlation between them, the regression equation of them is extracted as following: v =1.96+0.71х A (2) in group B and group C, between the potassium-ion concentration of artery and those of vein. There aren't significant difference. Conclusion There is no significant difference between the potassium difference between the potassium-ion concentration of artery and those of vein blood from the same body, but the treatment of anticoagulation can cause the decrease of potassium-ion concentration of blood.
