摘要
设计了用于板材分段多点成形的进给装置,该装置既能很好地适应形状的变化,又能精确地控制板材的进给量,实现了板材进给及压制成形过程的自动化。其控制系统硬件设计采用可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制核心,同时阐述了软件设计的关键技术,给出了控制系统的梯形图软件总体结构。
A feedin device for sectional Multipoint forming of sheet metal was designed,it meets the requirment of variable shape very well,and the feedin of the sheet metal can be controlled accurately by the device.The automation of the process from feeding to forming was realized.The central element of the control system of the device was developed based on programmable logical controller(PLC),some key techniques on the design of the software of the control system were described and the general structure of ladder program for the control system were described.
