摘要
空气弹簧具有非线性弹性特性 ,可将其特性曲线设计成理想形状。安装有空气悬架的汽车振动频率低 ,车轮动载荷小 ,可以获得良好的行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性和行驶安全性 ,减小高速行驶车辆对路面的破坏。空气悬架可以保持汽车车身高度不变 ,并可根据需要进行车身高度调节等特点。本文就汽车空气弹簧悬架的发展过程 ,空气悬架系统的特点 ,对整车和高速公路路面的影响 ,以及其结构型式和优缺点进行分析。
The air spring has the nonlinear performance and the performance curve can be designed fitting ideal shape. The vehicles equipped with air suspensions possess lower vibratory frequency and lower dynamic wheels load. It provides better ride comfort, better controllability and stability and safety. And it can minimize the damage to the road when the vehicle is at a high speed. The air suspension may keep the height of the vehicle body constant and the heihgt also can be adjusted by the driver. This tutorial focuses on the development and characteristics of the air spring suspension system, the effect on the vehicle andhe surface of freeway. It also analyzes the structures, the virtues and the defects.
