摘要
本课题研制了一种电阻率高、自由电子少的吸收涂料 ,使之涂复在需激光淬火金属材料表面 ,从而大大改善金属材料对激光的吸收能力 ,使金属材料对激光的吸收率从原来的 1 0 %~ 3 0 %提高到 90 %以上 ,同时该种涂料还兼备了激光吸收涂料所应该具备的各种优良性能。
An absorbent coat with high resistivity and a small amount of free electron has been successfully developed.To apply the coat to the metal surface to be laser hardened will greatly improve upon the ability for metal materials to absorb laser,and may raise laser absorptivity of metal materials from 10%~30% to over 90%.At the same time,the coat has obtained various excellent properties as a laser-absorbable coat.
