摘要
水口山铅锌矿鸭公塘老采区在实施闭坑工程中,需在与老鸦巢区相连接的4个中段建4座防水闸,以隔断两区的水流通道,保证安全生产。文章阐述了防水闸有关设计参数的选取、闸体有关数据的设计计算,以及为防渗所采用的普通注浆和双液注浆技术。完成施工后,经过近两年的实践检验,堵水效果显著,获直接经济效益300余万元。
In the workings closing project of the Yagongtang old mined-out area in Shuikoushan Lead Zinc Mine, four water-proofing gates were to be constructed at the four levels which connect the Yagongtang old mined-out area with the old Yachao area, so as to cut the water channel connecting the two areas and guarantee the working safety. This paper deals with selection, design and calculation of the parameters for the water-proofing gates, and describes the conventional grouting and double-liquid grouting technologies adopted in the project for anti-leaking. The water-proofing performance of the project proved excellent for the past two years ever since its commission, with a direct economic gain of over 3 million yuan.
