摘要
反应挤出接枝产品中未反应单体的残留量直接影响到产品的气味和使用性能 ,它是反应挤出产品的重要性能指标。通过聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐 (PE -g -MAH)的研究发现 ,适当调整马来酸酐单体用量、增加真空泵及净化系统的抽气速率、提高反应挤出机排气口组件处的真空度、增加反应物料在机筒内的停留时间、提高排气段的温度 ,都会使PE -g -MAH产品中MAH的残留量明显降低 。
Residual content of unreactive monomer in reactive extrusion grafted products affect the flavour and propertics directly,it is an important specification of the reactive extrusion products.Study on PE-g-MAH shows that the residnal contents of MAH in PE-g-MAH can be decreased,even to no flavour if the contents of MAH is appropriate,and the exhausting rate of the vacuum pump, the vacuum at the exhausting hole, the retention time of the materials in the barrel and the temperature at the vent zone are increased.
