摘要
提出了内燃机缸内气体压力的一种新的间接识别方法。利用缸盖振动响应信号建立缸盖系统的 ARMA模型 ,并用小波包变换方法对缸盖振动响应信号进行去噪和分形 ,将重构后的缸盖振动响应信号作为缸内气体压力识别的原始数据 ,大大提高了识别精度。计算的结果与实测的结果吻合较好 。
This paper presents a new indirect method for the indentification of the cylinder pressure of internal combustion engines. The ARMA model of the cylinder head is built using vibration signals of the cylinder head firstly. Denoise of the vibration signals of the cylinder head is carried out using wavelet analysis. It improves the identification precision to use the reconstructed vibration signals of the cylinder head as the original data for identification of the cylinder pressure. The computational results match the measured data. Therefore,the approach in this paper is practical for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of internal combustion engines.
