摘要
基于带有模糊系数的模糊回归及模糊优化理论,提出了一种确定关联函数及自相关函数的数学方法,进而建立了基于质量功能展开的产品多目标规划模型·仿真研究表明,该模型适合于各种工程设计问题,尤其是在不确定的、模糊的条件下,能够有效地确定关联函数及自相关函数,帮助开发人员优化顾客需求的满意水平,优化工程特性目标值,在资源约束下使产品的顾客满意度最大·
A mathematic approach was presented to determine the relation functions between customer requirements and engineering characteristics and correlation functions among engineering characteristics. The presented approach utilizes fuzzy regression analysis theory combined with fuzzy optimization theory with asymmetric triangular fuzzy number coefficients. A multigoal programming model for QFD was developed to maximize the customer satisfaction with limited recourses. The proposed model is applicable to various design problems, which multiple design criteria and functional design relationships are interacting and/or conflicting in an uncertain and fuzzy product design process. And it can help a design team to identify relative and correlative functions, reconcile tradeoffs among the various customer satisfaction levels and optimize engineering characteristic target values.
