激光熔池中物理输运过程研究 被引量:5

摘要 激光熔池中存在传热、对流和传质 3种主要的物理输运过程 ,直接决定激光加工的工艺质量 .针对这一问题建立了激光熔池中输运过程的三维数值计算模型 ,开发了新的有限差分方法和计算机程序 ,完成了三维流场温度场的计算机计算模拟 ,讨论了激光束形状、功率对材料表面张力梯度等参数的影响 。 Heat transfer, convection and mass transfer in a laser melted pool are an important role for laser pocessing. The physical mode of temperature and flow fields in a laser melting pool has been established, a new finite difference analysis and computer program have been developed. The computer simulation of 3D convection field and temperature field have been completed, the convection patterns in FeCrSiB alloy laser cladding casing have been observed by OM.
