摘要
通过原位聚合合成法制备了综合性能很好的尼龙 6 纳米SiO2 复合材料 .与自制纯尼龙 6相比 ,当纳米SiO2 的含量在 3 .6%时力学综合性能最优 ,拉伸强度提高了 18% ;断裂伸长率提高了 3 5 % ;U型缺口冲击强度提高了 13 % ;弹性模量提高了 19% .随着纳米SiO2 含量的增加 ,各种力学性能都呈现出先增加后减小的趋势 ,同时对这些趋势进行了讨论 。
A nylon 6/SiO 2 nano-composite was obtained through a novel method,in situ polymerization. The inorganic particals were very small and well dispersed in the nano-compositions. Result showed that mechanical properties were the highest when nano-SiO 2 was 3.6%. Compared to pure Nylon 6, the Utype notch impact strength,elastic modulus, tensile strength, elongation of nylon 6/SiO 2 nano composite increased by 13%,19%,18%,and 35% respectively. The increase of shrinkage may be caused by the nano- SiO 2 that make the crystal of nano-compositions smaller than that of nylon 6.
