摘要
在经济转型时期,我国企业发展极不平衡,因此建立学习型企业,必须以市场需求为导向,扬长避短,发挥智力资源对经济发展的特殊作用,将整个企业纳入学习的轨道。善于不断进行教育学习是学习型企业的本质特征。国内许多企业在创建学习型组织的过程中,形成了鲜明特色:注重团队学习,注重自我超越,建立共同愿景,建立学习制度、共享机制,整合企业内外教育资源,同时在操作层面上选择多种办学模式,从而促进学习型企业的形成,并在学习中成长。
Chinese enterprises' development is very unbalanced at the stage of economic transition,we should take market demands as guidance ,bring intellectual resources into full play,guide the whole enter-prise into learning path so as to establish learning enterprises.The basic characteristic s of learning enter-prises is continous learning.Many enterprises have formed a clear distinctive characteristics in the course of establishing learming enter prises including stressing team learning and self-overstepping,establishing c ommon vision,setting up learning system,integrating the educational resources in internal and external enterprises,choosing various patterns of running schoo l to promote the form of learning enterprises and enterprises being growth in le arning.
