摘要
本文阐述了人造金刚石合成腔体的改进及实验结果、金刚石合成中控温的重要性及其对产品的影响。研究了在横片腔体中金刚石晶体生长的特性与影响合成温度控制的条件。肯定了局部采用氯化钠传压介质在金刚石合成中的作用。
In this paper,the auther introduces the improvement of diamond synthesizing cavity,its test result,importance of temperature control during synthesizing diamond and its effect on products basedupon the study of the features of diamond crystal growing in the synthesizing cavity and conditionsaffecting temperature control,A part use of NaCl as pressure-transmiting medium during diamondsynthetsizing is regarded as positive.
