摘要
在论述信息沟通在现代图书馆管理中的作用的基础上,描述了信息沟通的过程,分析了 沟通过程中存在的障碍,并进一步提出了增强沟通效果的有效措施。
The role information communication theory plays in the management of modem libraries is explained with descriptions made on the process of information communication and analyses made on the barriers of information communication. Besides, some effective measures are put forward to strengthen the information communication.
