术前化疗联合干扰素、CD_3AK细胞治疗对结肠癌患者早期免疫功能的影响及意义 被引量:2

EFFECT AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF EARLY IMMUNE FUNCTION OF PATIENTS WITH COLORECTAL CANCER OF PRE-OPERATIVE CHEMOTHERAPY COMBINATION WITH INTERFERON AND CD_3AK CELLS

摘要 目的 :观察术前未化疗、术前化疗、术前化疗联合干扰素 +CD3AK细胞治疗及术后结肠癌患者的近期机体免疫功能变化 ,找出满意的治疗方案。方法 :对 5 6例确诊为结肠癌又未发现有远处转移的患者随机分 A、B、C组。A组不行术前化疗 ,B组行术前化疗 ,C组行术前化疗并加用干扰素、CD3AK细胞 ,比较化疗前、化疗后 1周 ,术后 1、2、3周的机体免疫状态。结果 :术前化疗可严重抑制机体免疫功能 ,手术亦引起机体免疫功能下降。术前化疗加用干扰素、CD3AK细胞治疗可使机体免疫功能于化疗后明显提高 ,且于术后维持在高水平状态。结论 :新辅助化疗加用干扰素及 CD3AK细胞治疗是一种安全有效的抗肿瘤方法。 Objective:To observe the alteration of short term patients with colorectal cancer after pre operative without chemotherapy,pre operative chemotherapy combination with Interferon and CD 3AK Cells,so as to find the satisfactory treatment scheme.Methods:56 patients with histologically proven colorectal cancer and without distant metastases were randomized into three groups.Group A were without pre operative chemotherapy,group B were with pre operative chemotherapy,group C were with pre operative chemotherapy and combination with interferon and CD 3AK Cells.We compared three groups,body immune function a week after pre chemotherapy and post chemotherapy,and after the first,second,third post operative weeks.Results:Pre operative chemotherapy seriously inhibited the body immune function,operation also reduced body immune function obviously.The treatment of pre operative chemotherapy combination with interferon and CD 3AK Cells could enhance the body immune function obviously,and maintain immune function in high standard after operation.Conclusion:The treatment of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combination with interferon and CD 3AK Cells,is a safe and efficacious anti tumor way.
