摘要 根据预测性运动矢量和菱形搜索的思想 ,提出了一种基于预测性运动矢量快速块匹配的视频编码新方法。这种编码方法在运动估计的过程中引入了预测性运动矢量的概念 ,利用预测性菱形搜索 (PDS)计算出稳定且平滑的运动矢量场 ,充分利用了相邻块运动矢量的相关性。仿真结果表明 ,该方法应用到视频编码中能够得到比其他几种常用的快速块匹配法更好的效果。 A ne highly efficient technique used in video coding which is based on predictive motion vector and diamond search is presented. By introducing the predictive motion vector to motion estimation stage in video coding, predictive diamond searching (PDS) is used to get steady and smooth motion field, making full use of the correlation of adjacent blocks. Extensive simulations demonstrate the efficacy of these algorithms, especially when compared to standard video coding techniques based conventional fast block matching algorithm.\;
