摘要 试验用2×3析因试验设计,研究了含有20%热处理全脂大豆、20%生全脂大豆和不含有任何全脂大豆及其产品的等能量、等氮和等赖氨酸水平的3种饲粮对东北民猪仔猪和长白仔猪的小肠形态结构的影响。光镜和电镜下观察结果表明,饲喂生全脂大豆饲粮的长白仔猪比东北民猪仔猪小肠粘膜及绒毛结构损伤严重,表明长白仔猪比东北民猪仔猪对全脂大豆中抗营养因子的反应更加敏感。 A2 × 3 factorial experiment was carried out to study the effects of soybean antinutritional factors on the micro-morphology of small intestines of Min piglets and Lan-drace piglets. Twelve piglets of each of the 2 breeds were fed on the diet containing 20% heated soybeans, 20% raw soybeans or a controlled diet without soybeans. The results showed that the brush border of villus mucosa in Landrace piglets fed raw soybeans was damaged more seriously than that in Min piglets. The results indicated that the influence of soybean antinutritional factors in Landrace piglets was more sensitive than that of the Min piglets.
