摘要
介绍了生物芯片多聚 L 赖氨酸玻璃片基的制备方法 ,探讨了NaOH或HCl预处理载玻片和热处理载玻片等因素对片基活化性能的影响。运用红外光谱、紫外光谱对活化后的样品进行了分析。结果表明 ,经 5 80℃热处理 ,再经 1 5 %的HCl溶液对载玻片预处理 1 2h 。
Method for preparation Poly-L-Lysine glass chip base for biochip is presented. The factors affecting activation for NaOH or HCl pretreated glass slides and heat-treatment glass slides are discussed. The activated examples are analyzed with infrared spectrum and ultraviolet spectrum. It concludes that the activation of pre-treatment slides with 15% HCl in 580?℃ will be improved.
