摘要
基于欠发达地区的开发状况与扶贫计划实施过程中遇到的主要问题,本文从经济增长、产业竞争力与可持续发展的角度分析了人力资源开发在欠发达地区发展中的作用,分析了欠发达地区人力资源开发的现状,并提出了相应的解决措施。
Based on the current status of development of underdeveloped regions and the major issues in implementing aidthepoor program, and in regards of economic growth, competitiveness of industries and sustainable development, the role of human resource development in the underdeveloped region development is analyzed, the present situation of human resource development in underdeveloped regions is investigated, and a series of particular policies and measures are proposed.
