摘要
介绍了一种步进线性位移输出装置。通过专用液压阀并利用步进电机控制液压缸产生线性位移,可使数字量不经过D/A转换,而直接转换成具有一定推力的机械位移量。给出了液压阀的设计要点、控制系统的数学模型及采用单片机为核心的PID控制系统。研究表明,由步进电机控制的液压位移输出装置易于控制算法的实现,具有较好的线性度,且不易出现液压卡紧现象,提高了系统的工作可靠性。
A set of equipment for the step linear output control was researched in the paper.The hydraulic cylinder of the equipment can output linear displacement by a special hydraulic valve and step motor control.It can also convert date input to mechanical displacement with a large drive force without D/A.The study indicated the key of the hydraulic valve design and introduced the mathematical model of the control system and the PID control system of the single chip microcomputer control.The results proved that the linear output equipment of step motor control had better linearity and realizes the control mode easily.There is no obvious hydraulic lock and the system reliability is greatly improved.
