摘要
目的 :用不同剂量水提取物进行试验 ,观察唐古特大黄地上部分基生叶柄对炎症的影响 ;方法 :采用连续灌胃给药 ,建立小鼠耳肿胀模型 ,研究唐古特大黄地上部分基生叶柄水提取物对二甲苯诱发炎症的影响 ,同时与相应的同一生药量的 95%乙醇提取液的抗炎效果进行比较 ;结果 :唐古特大黄地上部分叶柄水提取物对小鼠耳肿胀法引起的炎症有抑制作用 ,高、中、低剂量的抑制率分别为 2 5%、3 8%、53 % ,而相应的乙醇提取物的抑制率较低 ;结论
Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory effects of petiole from R.tangguticum maxim.Method:The water and alcohol extract was done from R.tangguticum maxim. 50 healthy male rates were divided randomly into five groups, high-dose group (extract ig 16.1g/kg), medium-dose (ig 11.1g /kg), low-dose (ig 6.1g/kg), control (ig 0.9% NaCl) and indomethacin (0.01g/kg) group. The drugs were taken once every day for 3 days, then ear of rats were examined to observe the inflammatory edema.Result:The water extract significantly inhibited in xylene-induced rat ear edema, but the anti-inflammatory effects of the 95% alcohol extract were lower than that of water extract at the same dose.Conclusion:Water extract obtained from R.tangguticum have significantly anti-inflammatory effects.
