摘要
利用HPLC测定百蕊草野生苗和组培苗中山萘素含量,得知:不同地区百蕊草中山萘素的含量不同;同一地区的百蕊草采收后,放置的时间越长,山萘素含量越低;百蕊草组培苗中山萘素含量与野生苗中的相差不大。
The kaempferol contents in the wild and cultured plants of Thesium Chinese Turcz was determined by HPLC method, The results showed that the contents of Kaempferol are different in different areas, the content of Kaempferol are getting lower with more storing time, the contents of Kaempferol are different small in the wild and cultured plants.
