摘要
磷酸单-2-[2-(脂肪酰氧基)乙基氨基]乙酯二钾盐是一种新型的两性表面活性剂。在合成中对磷酸化试剂的选择及制备工艺进行了考察,研究了反应温度,反应时间,反应物与磷酸化剂的摩尔比对磷酸单酯含量的影响。通过正交设计确定了合成的最佳工艺条件:首先采用无机酸催化剂,在160℃反应4h,生成化合物Ⅰ,即脂肪酸单-2-(羟基氨基)乙酯,其次在反应温度140℃,n(化合物Ⅰ)∶n(五氧化二磷)为3∶1,反应时间5h,合成化合物Ⅱ,即磷酸单-2-[2-(脂肪酰氧基)乙基氨基]乙酯,最后化合物Ⅱ与氢氧化钾中和生成最终产物。通过表面张力的测定,证明产物是一个具有表面活性的物质。由应用性能的测定表明,它具有优良的柔软性及抗静电性,又不易使织物泛黄,作为织物的柔软剂和抗静电剂是很有发展前途的。
The mono-2-ethyl phosphate salt is a kind of novel amphoteric surfactat.The choice and technology of the phosphation reagent were investigated.The effects of the feeding way of phosphoros pentoxide,the raw material ratio,the reaction temperature and time on the content of monoalkyl phosphate were studied.The optimum conditions of preparation were determined on the basis of experimental results.Firstly,the compound Ⅰ-were produced at the condition of catalyzing with inorganic acid at 160 ℃ for 4 h.Secondly,the compound Ⅱ--(aliphatic carbonnyloxo)ethylaminoethyl]monophosphate was obtained by the reaction Ⅰ and P2O5 at the mole ratio of 3/1.The reaction temperature was 140 ℃;the esterifying time was 5 h.Finally the production was got by neutralizing with KOH.The detecting of surface tension proved that the compound has superficial activity.They are characterised by fine antistatic,nice softness and less tendency to get yellowing of the treated fabric.Therefore they are very promising.
