摘要
通过混合焓法预测并用相差显微镜表征了聚砜 (PSF) /聚碳酸酯 (PC)合金体系的相容性 ,表明二者为部分相容体系。合金膜中聚合物的组成影响PSF/PC间的相容性 ,进而影响合金膜的结构和性能。研究结果表明 :随合金体系相容性下降 ,膜的平均孔径显著增加 ,水通量增大而相应的截留率下降 ;改变PSF/PC间的相容性是调节膜结构。
The compatibility of PSF/PC was predicted by the entropy of mixing and characterized by the phase contrast microscope.It was indicated that the system of both polymers was partly compatible.The composition of the alloy system affected the compatibility,structure and properties of PSF/PC alloy membrane.The results showed that with the decrease of compatibility,the average aperture of the alloy membrane increased obviously,the flux increased and the retention decreased.It was an effective method to adjust the structure and improve the properties of the membrane by changing the compatibility of PSF/PC.
