摘要
本文提出了一种方法,它应用以概率论为基础的误差理论,可判析微机数据采集测量系统的数据质量,并可在定标时自动建立采集系统的数学模型。经实验证明有效地提高了测量控制的精确度。
The paper presents a method of automatic constructing of mathematicalmodel of data acquisition system with microcomputer at calibration.Themethod uses error theory based on probability and is capable of analyzing thequality of data acquired.It is proved that the method can effectively increasethe precision of measurement and control.
