摘要
研究在苏州河不同样点现场放养大型底栖动物—铜锈环棱螺,研究放养个体内脏团中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶在环境影响下的变化。研究结果表明:大型底栖无脊椎动物组织中,抗氧化系统的SOD、Cat活性是指示污染的敏感指标。Cat活性在苏州河污染环境中被抑制,且在临界范围内随着污染毒性作用的加强,抑制作用也加强。SOD的变化不稳定,它在30天暴露后的降低表明还需要更长的时间来继续这种试验,以确定它是否是有价值的指标。
Superoxide Dismatase (SOD) and Catalase (Cat) were measured in the innards of Bellamya aeruginosa raised in Suzhou Creek to study the changes of these antioxidant parameters under environmental variation. The results indicate that antioxidant defense components, namely, SOD and Cat in Bellamya aeruginosa, are sensitive parametersas biomarker of exposure to pollutants. Within the threshold, Catalase activity is inhibited along with the pollutant concentration increasing. SOD presented a unsteady activity, and activity decrease of SOD after 30 days of exposure indicate that an extended period is required for the verification of its usefulness as biomarker.
