摘要
小径管对接焊缝质量是影响电站锅炉安全运行的关键因素。焊接质量的检验主要是通过X射线透照技术完成的 ,由于管子的透照厚度变化很大 ,射线到达胶片的强度也不同 ,故会影响到缺陷检出结果的可靠性。文章通过列举出在X射线透照中影响小径管焊缝缺陷检出的因素 ,找出在X射线透照中提高小径管焊缝缺陷检出的方法 ,从而能够更有效地控制焊接质量 ,保障电力生产的安全稳定运行。
