摘要
小径管对接焊缝质量是影响电站锅炉安全运行的关键因素。焊接质量的检验主要是通过X射线透照技术完成的 ,由于管子的透照厚度变化很大 ,射线到达胶片的强度也不同 ,故会影响到缺陷检出结果的可靠性。文章通过列举出在X射线透照中影响小径管焊缝缺陷检出的因素 ,找出在X射线透照中提高小径管焊缝缺陷检出的方法 ,从而能够更有效地控制焊接质量 ,保障电力生产的安全稳定运行。
It is key factor to influence boilers safety running that quality of small aperture pipes butt welding line.Through X ray transimssion technology realizing welding qualitys inspection,due to pipes transmission thickness greatly changing,the intensity from ray to film varing,it badly influence reliability of fault inspection.The paper enumerates the influence factor of small aperture pipes welding fault inspection in X ray transmission,and finds out improving the method to small aperture pipes welding line fault inspection in X ray transmission,so it availably controls welding quality and ensures safely running of electric power production. \ Ray transmission\ Small aperture pipe\ Fault
