摘要
目的 :在实验动物模型中观察中药云母粉对肠道消化吸收功能的影响。方法 :建立经典大黄致大鼠脾虚泄泻模型 ,设立正常组、模型组、大剂量云母粉组、小剂量云母粉组和思密达组 ,分别用比色法测定尿淀粉酶活性和D -木糖排泄量。结果 :大剂量云母粉组尿淀粉酶活性和D -木糖排泄量和模型组比较有非常显著差异。结论 :云母粉能明显改善大黄致脾虚泄泻大鼠的尿淀粉酶活性和肠吸收功能 ,可用于脾虚泄泻的治疗。
Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herb mica powder on functions of intestinal digestion and absorption by the experimental animal models.Method:To set up the classic rat model of diarrhea and spleen deficiency,including normal group,model group,mica powder group of larger dosage and smaller dosage,simida(思密达)group,then respectively determine the content of urine amylase and excreting xylose in rats with the colorimetry.Result:It showed significant difference in the activity of urine amylase and xylose excretion between mica powder groups of larger dosage and model group.Conclusion:mica powder obviously improved the activity of urine amylase and the function of intestinal absorption in rats of diarrhea and spleen deficiency,thus could be used in the therapy of diarrhea and spleen deficiency.
