摘要
目的 :了解颅内压 (ICP)增高对脑血循环及脑电生理的影响。方法 :对 86例高颅压患者治疗前、后的经颅多普勒超声、体感诱发电位、脑压及血压进行对比研究。结果 :ICP轻度升高脑血流速度增快 ,ICP中重度升高血流速度迅速减慢 ;SEP各波潜伏期延长 ,波幅降低 ,以N2 0 最明显。结论 :ICP与PI、RI、潜伏期、波幅有显著相关性 ,TCD及SEP所测得参数改变可间接推断ICP变化 。
Aim:To understand influence of increased intracranial pressure (ICP) for the cerebral blood circulation and cerebral electro-physiology. Methods:Transcranial Doppler (TCD), somatosensory evoked potential(SEP), the blood pressure and ICP of 86 patients with increased ICP before and after treatment were observed.Results:Cerebral blood stream velocity expedited when ICP was longitudinal increase. The blood stream velocity was quickly slower when higher ICP. The incubation period of all waves of SEP was elongated and the amplitude of waves was decreased when ICP increased. The N 20 were most obvious in alteration of SEP. Conclusion:The plasticity index (PI) and resistance index (RI) of TCD, incubution period and wave amplitude of SEP correlate with the change of ICP. The parameter of TCD and SEP examination could indirectly reflect the change of ICP. It helps to deduce patient's condition and prognosis of illness.
