VEGF、MMP-2与人脑胶质瘤的病理分级和侵袭性的相关研究 被引量:3

Expression of vascular endothelia growth factor and matrix metalloproteinase-2 in human brain glioma and their relation to the pathological grade and invasion of the tumor

摘要 目的 研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )在人脑不同级别胶质瘤中的表达。探讨VEGF、MMP 2与肿瘤病理级别和侵袭性的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学 (SP)法检测 5 6例脑胶质瘤中VEGF、MMP 2的表达。结果 胶质瘤中VEGF、MMP 2的表达水平在高级别组 (Ⅲ、Ⅳ级 )明显高于低级别组 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ级 ) ,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGF、MMP 2在胶质瘤的血管生成与侵袭性生长中起重要作用 ,其表达水平与胶质瘤的病理级别有密切关系。 Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelia growth factor(VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2) in different grade human glioma. To investigate their relation to the differention and invasion of the tumor.Methods Expression of VEGF and MMP 2 were detected in 56 cases of glioma by immunohistochemical(SP) staining using monoclonal mouse ant VEGF and monoclonal mouse ant MMP 2.Results The expression of VEGF and MMP 2 were significantly higher in high grade(Ⅲ? Ⅳ)group than that in low grade(Ⅰ? Ⅱ)one ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions VEGF and MMP 2 may play an important role in the tumor angiogenesis and invasion. The level of their expression in glioma may have much correlation with the differention of the tumor.
