摘要
采用水解与均匀沉淀法相结合,制备了锐钛型纳米TiO2粉末,并研究了其制备的最佳条件。利用相关分析测试技术,对粉末粒子的形貌、大小、晶型和比表面积进行了表征。用此制备工艺新技术,成本低,操作简单,易于实现工业化,所得纳米TiO2粉末呈球形,平均粒径为20nm,能满足市场需要。
The nanometer anatase TiO2 powder was prepared by hydrolysis and homogeneous precipitation.The most favorable operating conditions were also studied.The morphology,size,crystal shape and specific surface area of nanometer TiO2 powder waere characterized by TEM,XRM,BET and DTA-TG methods.The results show that the TiO2 particle appears spherical shape,the average particle diameter is 20nm,and the specific surface area is 90m2/g.The new technology is simple to operate with low cost and is easy to be industrialized.The obtained nanometer titanium dioxide powder can meet the needs of markets.
