芦丁对去势大鼠脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究芦丁 (rutin)对去势大鼠脂质过氧化及抗氧化系统的影响。 方法 健康雌性 SD大鼠 5 0只 ,按体重随机分为 5组 :A组 (假手术组 )、B组 (去势组 )、C组 (去势 +大豆异黄酮组 )、D组 (去势 +芦丁低剂量组 )和 E组 (去势+芦丁高剂量组 )。每组 10只 ,饲以实验合成饲料。实验期为 90 d。 结果  B组大鼠血清 SOD活力较其他四组明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,MDA含量高于其他四组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而其他四组 SOD活力、MDA含量差别无显著性 ,且各组大鼠肝脏脂褐质 (L ipofuscin)含量差别没有显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 芦丁对去势大鼠脂质过氧化有抑制作用 。 Objective The research was to study the influence of rutin on lipid peroxidation and antioxidation system in ovariectomized(OVX) rats. Methods 50 SD rats were divided randomly and equally into 5 groups according to the weight.i.e. A(sham)? B(OVX rats)?C (OVX+SI)?D(OVX+Rutin low dose)?E(OVX+Rutin high dose). All rats were fed with experiment diet. The experiment period was 90 days. Result Group B(OVX): the SOD activities of serum was significantly lower than that of the other 4 groups(P<0.05), the MDA was higher than that of the other 4 groups (P<0.05) and the discrepancy of liver lipofuscin had no significance (p>0.05). Conclusion Rutin could inhibit the decreasing of the antioxidation activities of antioxidant system and could inhibit lipid peroxidation of OVX rats.
