摘要
应用超声波提取技术分别提取中成药保济丸和保济丸处方的化学成分 ,测定了保济丸处方和成药中挥发油的含量 ,定量分析它们的差别 ;采用气相色谱 质谱联用法鉴定挥发性化学成分 ,通过标准图谱对照确定化合物 ;用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取了 2个不同样品木香的挥发油 ,其含量分别为 :0 .82 % (样品Ⅰ )和 0 .76% (样品Ⅱ ) ;应用GC MS方法对木香挥发油的化学成分分析表明 。
The chemical constituents from traditional Chinese medicine Po Chai Pills were extracted by supersonic waves in organic solvent The volatile components were separated and identified by GC MS and elucidated on the standard mass spectral data The relative contents in percentage were calculated with Area Normalization Method The volatile components from two different samples have been hydrodistilled using the hydrodistillation apparatus The volatile components (oils) were 0 82 % (sampleⅠ) and 0 76 % (sampleⅡ) from two different root materials respectively The chemical constituents of the volatile components were studied using GC MS The two volatile components were nearly the same with chemical constituents
