摘要
采用国产聚醚砜(PES)为原料,以N N二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂制备小截留分子量平板超滤膜.研究PES浓度、添加剂种类及用量、初生态膜蒸发时间等因素对超滤膜性能的影响.初步确定制备PES超滤膜的工艺条件,并研究其化学稳定性.用小角X射线散射法测定PES超滤膜的孔径分布及其平均孔径.
\ In this work, flat ultrafiltration membrane with small molecular weight cutoff (MWCO) was successfully prepared by means of phase inversion method, with polyethersulfone (PES) as raw material and dimethylacetamide (DMAc) as solvent. The effects of PES concentration in the casting solution, the kind of the additives, the concentration of the additive in the casting solution and the evaporation time of nascent membrane upon the performance of PES ultrafiltration membrane were investigated. The preperation condition of PES ultrafiltration membrane were studied. The chemical stability of the PES ultrafiltration membrane was discussed. Additionally, small angle Xray scattering (SAXS) method was used to measure the pore size distribution and average pore size of the PES membrane.
