介观约瑟夫森结与单模量子光场的相互作用

摘要 研究了介观约瑟夫森结与单模量子光场相互作用的规律。结果表明 ,介观约瑟夫森电流及其量子涨落存在Shapiro台阶 。 The lnteraction of mesoscopic Josephson junction with a single mode quantum light field was investigated. It is found that the expectation value and the super current fluctuation may have Shapiro steps. The static super current flows in the positive or negative direction, which relates to the phase of the light field.
