摘要
玉米杂交种 (F1)的花粉用60 Coγ射线照射后 ,采取自交的方法进行授粉 ,观测其结实情况及后代植株的状况 ,以探讨照射花粉对M1结实及后代植株生长的影响。结果表明 ,较大剂量 (10 0Gy)照射花粉后 ,M1的结实性受到极大的影响 ,外观正常的子粒极少 ,瘪粒和泡状物所占比例很高 ;用 10 0Gy和 5 0Gy的γ射线分别处理杂交种两个亲本的花粉 ,然后将花粉混合起来授粉 ,其性状的表现与单一剂量照射花粉植株无明显差异 ;M2 与对照相比 ,差异显著 ,并出现雄穗花药、花粉发育不良的植株 ;M3 植株仍表现出了照射的损伤作用 ,在主要调查性状中 ,它的变异幅度都大于对照 ,并出现有明显突变性状的个体 。
