摘要
从投入与产出关系角度研究人力资源管理中激励的有效性问题对提高激励的效益和作用都是有重要意义的。本文通过分析激励的投入和产出要素,根据投入与产出的关系,建立了评价一项激励是否有效的一般模型和修正模型。
It is very important for the improvement of motivation benefits and motivation role to conduct research on the validity of the motivation in Human Resource Management (HRM)at the angle of relation between input and output.Through analyzing factors of motivation input and output,according to the relation of motivation input and output,the paper constructs a general and modified evaluation model which is used to estimate the validity of a motivation.
