摘要
目的探讨利用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪辅助鉴别血尿的临床意义。方法利用光学显微镜对57份UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪提示为肾源性血尿的标本进行离心沉渣镜检,并对比肾源性血尿与非肾源性血尿的红细胞荧光参数。结果仪器提示的肾源性血尿与镜检符合率为96%,肾源性血尿和非肾源性血尿标本的70%红细胞前向散射光强度(RBC-P70Fsc)分别为(62.82±6.5)ch和(112.68±5.35)ch(P<0.05),红细胞前向散射光分布宽度(RBC-Fsc-DW)分别为(31.93±7.64)ch和(23.45±8.35)ch(P<0.05)。结论UF-1000i流式尿沉渣分析仪检测尿红细胞较敏感准确、客观可靠,是一种有价值的鉴别肾性和非肾性血尿的过筛试验。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer in identification of hematuria.Methods The urine samples of 57 patients which prompted for glomerulus's hematuria by UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer were centrifugaled and measured by optical microscope,and compared the erythrocyte fluorescence parameters between glomerulus's and non glomerulus's hematuria.Results The coincidence rate of glomerulus's hematuria which prompted by UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer and microscope was 96%.The 70 percent of RBC forward scattered light intensity(RBC-Fsc)of glomerulus's and glomerulus's hematuria were(62.82±6.5)ch and(112.68±5.35)ch(P<0.05),the RBC forward scattered light distribution width(RBC-Fsc-DW)were(31.93±7.64)ch and(23.45±8.35)ch(P<0.05).Conclusion UF-1000i low cytometer urine sediment quantitative analyzer is a sensitive,accurate,objective and reliable method,which can be applied to detect urinary erythrocyte.It is a valuable screening test to distinguish glomerulus's and non glomerulus's hematuria.
